How to improve your reviews on ZocDoc?
Dispute Negative Reviews
To delete a review from ZocDoc, send an email to service@zocdoc.com and provide 1) a link to your profile and 2) the author's name and date.
Here is a dispute form that you can use as a starting point:
Subject: Please remove inaccurate review
This is regarding the review written on #DATE#. This review is attached to my profile, which can be found here: https://www.zocdoc.com/doctor/santosh-kesari-md
I am the person about who is review is written. I do not believe that it is factually accurate.
This review is causing damage to my reputation. Please remove it immediately.
