Dispute Negative Reviews
To delete a review from Google Plus, move your mouse over the review. A flag icon should appear on the right-hand side. Click it.
On the next page, select why the review should be removed.
Here is a dispute form that you can use as a starting point:
Subject: Please remove inaccurate review
This is regarding the review written on #DATE#. This review is attached to my profile, which can be found here: https://maps.google.com/?cid=4277543610997592951
I am the person about who is review is written. I do not believe that it is factually accurate.
This review is causing damage to my reputation. Please remove it immediately.
