How to improve your reviews on HealthGrades?
Dispute Negative Reviews
The HealthGrades review system is based on Patient Surveys. To delete a Patient Survey from HealthGrades, you must contact them by sending email to info@healthgrades.com.
The challenge with HealthGrades is that they do not show each survey. They show an average of all surveys. Therefore, if there is more than one (1) survey, it will be hard to state which should be removed.
Here is a dispute form you can use if you want to have a survey removed:

I am the person about whom these surveys were written. They are causing damage to my reputation.
I suspect that there are some duplicate surveys, written by the same person, which would be a violation of your terms of service. Would you please investigate whether the surveys were left by a similar IP address or around the same time frame?
